Outman welcomes Lakeview VFW chaplain to Capitol for Senate invocation
LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Rick Outman, R-Six Lakes, welcomed Chaplain John Wichman to the Michigan Capitol on Tuesday. Wichman made the trip to Lansing from the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hough-Pontius Post 3701 in Lakeview and delivered the invocation before Senate session.
