LANSING, Mich.— State Sen. Mike Green, R-Mayville, appears before a selection of paintings on display in the lawmaker’s Lansing office. The art was submitted by elementary school students of teacher, Mrs. Tina Wallace from Schall Elementary School in Caro.
Green said the art display is part of the “Kids of the 31st!” program, which highlights and honors the talent, community involvement and positive achievements of students throughout the 31st Senate District. The program recognizes a student of the month and a student art exhibit that’s open to all ages.
