LANSING — Sen. Mike Kowall, R-White Lake, (back, middle) joined Gov. Rick Snyder on May 1 as he signed Kowall’s measure to address the processes to be followed to clean up a leaking underground storage tank site. Senate Bill 532 and the other measures in the six-bill package will help effectively clean up leaking underground storage tank sites throughout the state by reforming the regulatory process to enable more effective partnerships with the private sector.
