Sen. Richardville presents ECIC award to local superintendent
Sen. Randy Richardville, R-Monroe, presents Don Spencer, the superintendent of the Monroe County Intermediate School District, with an award from the Early Childhood Investment Corporation for his volunteer efforts and dedication to youth education. The ECIC held its Star Power rally on the steps of the state Capitol in Lansing today.
