Sen. Richardville honors local firefighter for 60 years of service
LANSING - Sen. Randy Richardville recently presented Mr. Lyle Widmayer with a special tribute in honor of his tremendous service to the Manchester Township Fire Department.
The township fire chief William J. Scully hosted an open house on Sunday afternoon to recognize Widmayer's 60 years of dedication to the fire department.
"I commend Mr. Widmayer for his remarkable service to Manchester Township," said Richardville, R-Monroe. "He has demonstrated great commitment and devotion while helping protect the lives and homes of residents for many years. It was an honor for me to present Mr. Widmayer with this tribute."
