Richardville: Visit Web site or contact office for help on state unemployment claims
LANSING - Sen. Randy Richardville announced today that constituents can visit his Web site or call his office if they are having difficulty reaching the state unemployment agency.
“Michigan families who have lost their jobs should be receiving timely assistance from the unemployment office,” said Richardville, R-Monroe. “I recognize the frustrations of people who are unable to resolve their unemployment troubles because of busy phone signals or long lines. I encourage anyone who is having problems to contact my office.”
For help, residents should go to www.senatorrandyrichardville.com to enter their contact and unemployment information, which will be submitted to the unemployment office through a legislative channel.
Constituents of the 17th Senate District can also contact Richardville’s office at 866-556-7917 or by e-mail at senrichardville@senate.michigan.gov.
Richardville represents all of Monroe County, the southern part of Washtenaw County (the city of Saline and Bridgewater, Lodi, Manchester, Pittsfield, Saline and York townships) and part of Jackson County (Summit, Leoni, Norvell and Grass Lake townships).
