LANSING — State Sen. Arlan Meekhof, R-West Olive, will attend the Coopersville Chamber Legislative Luncheon later this month on Monday, June 18.
“I’m really looking forward to visiting with members of the Coopersville Chamber of Commerce,” Meekhof said. “It is always a pleasure to meet and talk with local business owners and leaders.”
The lawmaker will attend the luncheon, which will start at 11:45 a.m. and run until 1 p.m. at Terra Verde Golf Club, 11741 W. Leonard St. in Nunica.
Meekhof will give a legislative update and answer questions pertaining to state government.
“My visit with the Coopersville Chamber will allow me to update members about what the Michigan Legislature is currently working on, as well as hear from them about any concerns or questions they may have,” Meekhof said. “I’m excited and look forward to this fantastic opportunity.”
